Marketing FactoriesThe Meetup

Our first-ever MeetupGeneva · 24.09.2026The Recap

Until now, every Marketing Factories conversation has had two people and a camera. On 24 September in Geneva, it had a full room of marketers, and Dafni Prosalika, Partner at REBORRN and host of Marketing Factories, in conversation with Federica Pompei, Europe Chief Brand Officer, Procter & Gamble and Senior Vice-President BabyCare Europe.

Here's the evening, in one place.

In conversation

The conversation went from the career choices that shape a leader, to what leading a brand really looks like today.

What we took home

Seven learnings from the evening

  1. 01 / 07

    “Brand” is bigger than “marketing”.

P&G changed the title to Chief Brand Officer more than ten years ago. Marketing is one part of the job. The aim was for brand leaders to think about how an experience comes to life, in an integrated way. The mastery of marketing is still there, but the job is bigger.

“There is so much more than just marketing. We wanted to say it’s bigger than that.”
    Federica Pompei

“How do you continue to build a brand identity, especially for big leadership brands, in a world in which a lot of your content is going to come from creators?”
